Dr. Richard is a doctoral candidate in Natural and Naturopathic Medicine from the Clayton College of Natural Health in Alabama; a medical graduate from the School of Medicine and Pharmacy in Haiti; a graduate from the George Washington University School of Medicine and Public Health and the John Hopkins University School of Professional Studies in Business and Education.
Dr. Richard is known for her passion for children, youth and pregnant women and her true commitment to delivery of quality services. She has and continues to make multiple contributions in her work with the private and public sectors. She worked as a Head Start fellow, successfully led programs as a director and administrator, implemented new initiatives, provided training and technical assistance, taught, gave conferences and seminars, wrote books and articles and consulted with various established agencies in the USA and overseas.
